AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Into Words Greeting Cards website and your purchase of any products offered here. The site and its products are operated by Jessaword LLC, doing business as Into Words Greeting Cards ("we", "us", "our").
By browsing this site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.
PRODUCTS AND CARD CONTENT
Our greeting cards are organized by relationship stage — Beginning, Middle, and Crossroads — rather than by occasion. The verses printed inside each card are works of original poetry written for reflection and personal expression.
Card content is offered for personal, expressive use only. It is not counseling, therapy, legal advice, or any form of professional guidance, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for support from a qualified professional.
Product photographs, paper stock, and printed colors are represented as accurately as possible, but slight variation between screens and printed material is normal and is not considered a defect.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The site and its products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jessaword LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or its products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The written messages, artwork, photography and brand identity of Into Words Greeting Cards are our intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, resold or reprinted without written permission.
NATURE OF OUR CARDS
Our cards are written to encourage communication in relationships. They are not therapy, counselling or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for help from a qualified professional.
